Questions

Asked before the first call.

Site feasibility and pre-design in Toronto. Before design fees are spent, we tell institutional, commercial and residential owners what their site allows, what to build and what it will cost.

Do we need this before hiring an architect?
Your architect designs what you ask for. Shape it tells you what to ask for: what the site allows, what it will cost and what to leave out.
Do you work on commercial and institutional sites?
Yes. Site analysis, program and a built budget for offices, retail, schools, places of worship and care facilities, in Toronto and across Canada.
Does a multiplex or custom home work on our lot?
The brief checks the zone, setbacks, trees, water, sewer and hydro, and says whether a variance would be needed and what it would buy.
Do you design?
No. First massings and the brief only. The design belongs to your architect.
