Principal
After becoming an architect, Berke took on his first project management responsibilities in 2016 and has run projects in Turkey, the Netherlands and Canada since. In Fethiye he designed and stamped a family house as its architect and built it as its licensed general contractor. Certified project manager. Today he runs the owner's side of a national portfolio of institutional and commercial projects.
Site, cost and design
Site coordinators, cost reviewers and design-side associates brought onto each project as it needs them, under one brief and one report. You deal with one person; we carry the rest.
